Transfer organisation ownership

The current organisation Owner can transfer ownership to an active member.

This takes effect immediately
The selected member becomes the Owner. The former Owner becomes a Member and immediately loses billing, seat, member-management and Team CPD permissions.

1. Sign in as the current organisation Owner.
2. Select the circle containing your initial, then select Members.
3. Find the active member who should become Owner and select the three-dot menu.
4. Select Transfer organisation ownership.

Open the member’s actions menu and select Transfer organisation ownership.

5. Review both users’ roles after the transfer.
6. Type transfer owner in the confirmation field.
7. Select Transfer ownership now.

Review the transfer carefully before confirming.

Both the former and new Owner receive a confirmation email. The organisation’s billing email is also updated to the new Owner’s email.
