Cancel your plan
The cancellation steps depend on whether you have an individual Solo plan or manage a Team organisation.
Cancel a Team subscription
Only the organisation Owner can cancel a Team subscription. Ask every member to download any CPD reports they need before organisation access ends.

Cancel a Solo subscription
Cancel your Solo subscription from the billing portal. Your access is expected to continue until the end of the current billing period.
Standard Legacy members
Cancelling permanently ends your eligibility for Standard Legacy. It cannot be restored or selected again, and the cancellation-reversal steps below do not apply. Contact us before cancelling.
- Sign in to Tax Nuggets Academy.
- Select the circle containing your initial, then select Billing.
- Next to Current Plan, select Manage Subscriptions.
- Select Cancel subscription, then confirm by selecting Cancel subscription again.
- Complete the cancellation survey, then select Submit.

My CPD is a paid feature. Save any reports you need before your subscription access ends.
Undo a subscription cancellation
If you cancelled accidentally, you may be able to reverse the cancellation before the end of your current billing period:
- Return to the subscription management portal.
- Select Don’t cancel subscription.
- Select Renew subscription.
