Manage your subscription
Manage your Tax Nuggets Academy subscription from your billing settings. Choose the task you need below.
- Sign in to Tax Nuggets Academy.
- Select the circle containing your initial, then select Billing.
- Next to Current Plan, select Manage Subscriptions.
Subscription tasks
- Change your plan: move to another available subscription.
- Cancel your plan: stop renewal at the end of your current billing period.
- Update your payment method: add a card, set the default card or remove an old card.
- Download an invoice or receipt: open a transaction from your invoice history and download its document.
Standard Legacy members
Changing or cancelling your plan permanently ends your eligibility for Standard Legacy. It cannot be restored or selected again. If a payment fails, the current guidance allows 14 days to update the payment method and resolve the outstanding payment before the subscription ends permanently. Contact us before making a change.
