Move from Team or Firm to Solo

Moving from Team or Firm to Solo closes the organisation subscription before you start an individual Solo subscription.

Export CPD first
Ask every member to download their personal CPD report before the organisation subscription ends. CPD reports require an active plan.

Owner permission required
Only the organisation Owner can cancel the organisation subscription.

1. Sign in as the organisation Owner.
2. Select the circle containing your initial, then select Team Billing.
3. Select Manage subscription.
4. Select Cancel subscription and confirm the cancellation.
5. Contact us so we can confirm the organisation closure and any Firm-plan steps.
6. After confirmation, subscribe to a Solo plan.
