Request a Human Review
Eligible beta testers may request one complimentary 15-minute Human Review when a complex question would benefit from expert feedback.
Current Human Review scope
During the beta, Human Review is limited to Australian income tax matters. It is not available for GST, superannuation, state taxes or other matters outside the current income-tax scope.
Prepare your File Note
Human Review covers the information already included in your File Note. Add new facts or questions to the Ask Nugget conversation first, then create an updated File Note.
The reviewer may read the associated conversation for context but provides feedback on the File Note rather than commentary on the chat itself.
Request the review
- Confirm that the File Note contains the facts and issues you want reviewed.
- Select Request Human Review.
- Follow the prompts.
- Use Note for reviewer to identify the questions or areas where feedback would be most useful.
Before the session
- Remove client names, business names and other identifying or confidential information.
- Return to the chat and create a new File Note if material facts need to change.
- Be aware that a Tax Nuggets Academy team member may attend to observe the beta process and help improve the service.
