Delete an Ask Nugget chat

Delete an Ask Nugget chat when you no longer want it retained in your account.

1. Find the chat in the left-hand navigation menu.
2. Select the three-dot menu beside the chat.
3. Select Delete.
4. Confirm the deletion.

Deletion is permanent
Deleting a chat permanently removes it from the platform. It cannot be recovered.

Keeping non-deleted chat history available during the beta helps the product team learn from interactions and improve Ask Nugget.
